ADAPTIVE EDUCATIONAL WEB-ENVIRONMENT AIMED AT ENSURING THE ACTIVITIES OF SUPPORTING EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF THE DEPRESSIVE REGION (ZHYTOMYR) IN THE CONDITIONS OF EDUCATIONAL NETWORK OPTIMIZATION

چکیده
The article defines the terms "web-environment", "adaptive web-environment", "educational space", "depressed region".
 It is noted that study based on ideas of three approaches - systemic, environmental and resource-managerial. systemic approach represented by components educational environment – scientific material base, subject-based activities, which take place in adaptive web-environment. resource-managerial balances interests, abilities capabilities participants process with requirements society accordance 21CS. implementation tasks conditioned use approach, combines, complements concretizes our chosen approaches.
 following stages are allocated for project implementation: development creation an web-environment; introduction web-environment into process.
 Forms work include following: e-learning (synchronous asynchronous), blended / hybrid learning, including inverted classroom, gamification, block-module integrated partnership, mousses (involvement unlimited number educators, participation EI programs courses); online network "Creative Spark" gifted youth), brain club "Go Create" (regional cooperation web field latest digital technologies), consultations, master classes.
 methods proposed: teleconference, project, technologies, public presentations context "Lesson built-in diagnostics", a specialized school", "STEAM lesson", "STEM lesson".
